Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any OBS Outpost product you understand and agree to the following. 

1) All fabricated products are custom built to order and non-returnable. 

2) Incorrectly ordered products in need of an exchange are accepted within 7 days of purchase, a 25% restocking fee may apply. Product must be in new uninstalled condition. Buyer will be responsible for the cost to ship to us and the cost to ship out the exchanged product.  Canceled orders prior to shipment are subject to a 10% administration and funds processing fee. 

3) Undeliverable Addresses:

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to update your shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

4) OBS Outpost warranties its fabricated products to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and material for 1 year from date of purchase. Products damaged or installed incorrectly by the purchaser are not warranted. 

5) By purchasing any OBS Outpost product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that OBS Outpost holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.

6) All modifications and installations are at the customers own risk. OBS Outpost holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any OBS Outpost products. Items are sold for off-road use only and are intended for vehicles which may never be used on a public road.

7) OBS Outpost is a custom fabrication shop. All products and product designs are the intellectual property of OBS Outpost and no authorization is given to any person to copy or duplicate any product.
